Successful and failed missions to Mars

As human beings we love to explore the unknown. Since there is nothing more to explore on planet Earth we are trying to explore our universe. It seems impossible now but think that in the past people thought that traveling around Earth was impossible too! One of ou favorite planets is Mars. The first attempt to reach Mars was in 1960 and since then there have been more that 40 attempts with some of them being successful. I can’t understand what we expect to see there, certainly it is not a travel destination with luxury travel spots. In this travel infographic we can see all missions, if they have been successful or not and which countries have tried to reach this unknown planet.
