Where should we go skiing? Here is the snow report

On December 21st the winter should begin in 2012. But since there’s doubt about the end of the world, take better advantage of your time and organize a picnic in the snow fall. To decide on which mountain to go skiing, sledding, drinking mulled wine and ice skating you should take a look at snow reports. Raw material is rather important for this kind of activity. So it’s a good idea to check in which locations the  precious crystal has already fallen in abundance.

According to the snow report the best situation is recorded in Valle d’Aosta in Valtournenche (area of the Matterhorn) where snow reaches 260 cm. In Cervinia, Breuil it stops at 240 centimeters but with a nice temperature of minus 17 degrees. In Presena Glacier (Adamello Ski) it stops at 200 cm which becomes 180 in La Thuile. In Val Senales we are at below 170 cm and up to 146 cm in Livigno. Only 35 cm in Forni where in fact the plants would remain visible.

Of course the weather is changing and the snow could fall at any time. So be connected and well in control to equip in advance for your car and load the skis on the roof. If you do not have the opportunity to leave you can treat your eyes with images of the webcam bets on the slopes and the ski lifts in motion.
